Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Sale or “final sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@hersoftestera.com with your order number and a brief reason.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue store credit or exchange — refunds may vary.
Self-Care Kits and Hygiene Items

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of self-care kits, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We may provide a replacement or store credit in such cases.
