Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Time:
Domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.

Carrier Delays:
Once your package has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. We have no control over shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, or other carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hersoftestera.com with your order number and photos of the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Pre-Orders or Special Releases:
Items listed as pre-orders or limited releases may have longer processing or delivery times. Any estimated shipping windows will be noted in the product description.
